BALI INDONESIA BLUE MOON


Planted in the shade of citrus groves this coffee is grown in volcanic soils, irrigated by centuries-old Hindu infrastructure.

These traditions are followed in coffee cultivation, which means pesticides and synthetic fertilizers are never used.

Tasting Notes: plum, cedar, and chocolate torte

  • Variety: Bourbon, Typica, and Cartimor
  • Process: Wet-hulled, dried on raised beds
  • Roast: Medium/Dark Roast
  • 8oz/227 grams or 1kg bags available
